General information about our processing of personal information

Personal information is information that can be connected to your person. Depending on your relation to us we handle your personal information in different ways. If you pass on personal information belonging to somebody else to us, you are responsible to inform them about the information disclosed here.

We gather different types of personal information depending on our relation and the service you demand, in order to enable smooth administration of business, for example to contact you regarding a flight or a request you might have.

We share your information with trusted that are only allowed to handle the information according to our guidelines. If your personal information is transferred to a company outside EU/EES, we will ensure that it is transmitted according to legal requirements and that adequate safety measures have been taken to protect your information. We will never sell or give away your personal information.

We will keep your personal information as long as necessary to perform the task associated with the information, after which your information will be erased in accordance with our procedures. Once your personal data has been deleted, we will be unable to recreate it.

Contact in general

– If your case is of a general nature, we will delete your personal information within 6 months of case closure or at your request.

– If your case is flight related your information will be deleted within 10 years of the most recent flight due to legal requirements.

Job applications

1. What information do we collect?
– When you apply for a job at Grafair we process your name, phone number, e-mail address and application (usually a CV and cover letter). We may also process personal information voluntarily provided by you.

2. For what purpose is this collected?
– This is in order to contact about your job application.

3. What legal ground do we have to collect this information?
– Our processing of your personal information is necessary to fulfill potential or actual contractual obligations to you

4. Who do we share your personal information with?
– We share your information with external companies providing services such as IT-services, recruitment etc.

– We also share your information with government bodies if required by law or upon government request.

5. When do we delete your information?
– Your personal information will be deleted within 1 year of the recruitment process of any specific job position. In case of spontaneous job application your personal information will be retained for 1 year and thereafter deleted within 6 months.

– Your personal information will also be deleted upon your request.

1. What information do we collect?
– As a visitor to our website, we collect any information of your activity on our website. For instance, we utilize unique identifiers such as your device ID, the properties of devices and software* you use and information regarding the efficiency of our marketing.
* Properties of devices and software provide us with statistics of your browsing history, the URL that redirected you to our website and your IP-address can enable us to know your general location.
